We’ve been providing high quality title products for residential and commercial lending in all 50 states since 1978. Any search type from Limited (current owner) to Full Title (40-60 years back in the chain), prepared by our licensed title producers, trained in multi-state underwriting guidelines providing fast and accurate assistance for any lending situation.

As a licensed multi-state title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, we can issue title insurance products in all 50 states either directly or using agent relationships in states such as California, Alabama, or Texas.

States requiring attorney certification such as North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia, all our title work is certified and compliant with applicable state laws and never in violation of the UPL (unauthorized practice of law) statutes.

We are committed to completing the title work within 48-60 hours from the date and time the order is placed, if no problems occur with the order. Should a problem occur, you are notified and kept up to date throughout the resolution process and until the report is complete.

Our title reports are easy to read and clearly display all the necessary information for a lender to make a lending decision. Commitments and Final Title Policies are generated automatically using our proprietary processing system to ensure accuracy, eliminate repetitive typing and deliver to our clients in the fastest possible manner.

Each report type contains a clearly defined limitations of liability coverage that is backed by our E&O carrier.
