Ordering & Security

Orders are placed on our Secure Web Site via SSL and we only require the names of the record owner(s), the complete collateral address of property to be searched, and any additional non-personal information that could be relevant to the order (how long they have lived in the property, who holds the mortgages, etc.).

Security is critical and we take the use, storage and protection of all information you provide to us very seriously. We never ask for any personal non-public information (social security number, financial information of any kind, etc.) on the order as this information is not relevant to performing a title search in any jurisdiction. This type of information may be needed in the future to clear a specific title issue, but will be requested using the appropriate secure method by an authorized representative of our company.

Completed reports are delivered electronically, posted to the web site and emailed, in Adobe PDF.
